I can't complain about Snapfish. I order photo prints regularly and am happy with the quality. I have also ordered photo books which came out very nice.

Bad photo quality, promo codes are not deducted on the invoice, colours are a catastrophe, Delivery was late, customer service basically non-existent, just very bad. Should be cheap rubbish, but is not cheap in the end. I have ordered at least 5 times, the same story every time. Do not recommend.

Save the time and invest your money in proper photo printing from local services. I was satisfied years ago. Now the photos are just bad.

The photo book quality is okay, delivery is fast and I can't fault them in general. However, if you have a complaint, e.g. damaged books or discounts which are not applied to the invoice - then you can despair with their customer service! The matter takes ages and you are sent payment reminders constantly, although there is no reason for that. Promises by customer service apparently are ignored by accounting staff. After the third problem I won't order photo books at Snapfish again.

Ive been using Snapfish for years for prints and photo books. The products are good quality and great as gifts. The new web site is a great improvement and creating photo books is really easy.

Very happy with Snapfish, they use solid Fuji paper for their prints, superb quality.

I ordered a photo canvas as a present at Snapfish. The upload via the web site is easy. The quality is very good. I am going to order at Snapfish again.

Was happy with the product, but now have to deal with a collection agency. Used to be 4.99 and now it's 75.25. Be careful with this company, they are waiting to send an encashement letter. HP Hewlett Peckard - I don't know thy this company is ruining their reputation.

I have ordered an XL photo book with leather cover as a wedding present. We were impressed with the quality. The software is easy to use, and I am no computer expert.

What a shame, I would like to rate them higher, because the product, the software etc. is good. The product didn't arrive on 21-22/12 as promised, but only on 30/12. I inquired twice about the status of the parcel, no reply. If you have a lot of time, then Snapfish is good.

No comment, just a cheap service. They dont honour discount codes. High costs, long delivery. Never again

I placed a bulk order with photo prints. The quality is very good, I can't complain. Because of a discount Snapfish was the cheapest service.

I have used Snapfish for several years now and I have no reason to go elsewhere for quality prints. I always use the prepaid 500 prints for £25 facility which works out at 5p per print (just about the best price you can get these days). They regularly have discounted offers for almost any photo merchandise you could wish for. Their service and customer care is first class. The only small mark against them is the delivery time but it’s worth waiting for.

Snapfish is great for doing things like photo books as you get loads of options and it's chaper than a lot of other sites. Postage on everything is also very reasonable. If you're ordering a small number of prints and don't think you'll use them much then they're also the cheapest option. However, their website is really difficult to navigate and once your prints are in your basket you can see how they will be cropped but cannot change it, which is really frustrating sometimes. If ordering large numbers of prints I'd advise going elsewhere, I always use Photobox as 500 pre-paid prints are the same price and their website is a lot easier to use.

Have used Snapfish with their Christmas offer and was pleased with their service. I ordered a photo mug and some prints, both of which came out really nice.
