Mein Fotobuch war nicht ordentlich gebunden und einige Seiten begannen sich zu lösen. Alles kein Problem: Nach einem kurzen Mail und einer raschen Antwort sendete ich das Buch zurück und erhielt ein paar Tage später eine tolle neue Ausgabe!
So stelle ich mir die Problemlösung einer Reklamation vor. Ein tolles Team steht da dahinter - bitte so weiter machen !!!!!
