The delivery costs are are complicated, unclear and different on the website compared to what they want to charge you. This comparison site originally quoted a total of £14 for 65 7X5 and 7 10X8 prints but the total Foto.com wanted to charge was over £21! This included £8 for the 7X5 prints and £6 delivery!! I queried this by email with customer services and waited a week and still no response - I won't be doing business with them.

I ordered 6x4 prints from Foto.com. With a very decent quality and a price of only 6p per print i'm more than happy with the product! But: Despite promising a delivery within 4 days on their website, it took them 10 days! If you don't need the prints urgently, it's safe to say Foto.com is the company to use.
